PT TOMORROW: NL West—Dodgers continue shuffle at the back of the rotation

As evidenced by an MLB-leading staff ERA of 3.24, the Dodgers rotation has been a key component to their strong first-half performance. Clayton Kershaw (LHP, LA) has already amassed 14 Wins, Alex Wood (LHP, LA) leads the team with a 1.87 ERA through 80.7 IP, and Rich Hill (LHP, LA), after simplifying his mechanics from the wind-up, has lasted seven innings in each of his last three starts (with 27/3 K/BB over those 21 IP).
The back end of the rotation, however, remains somewhat fluid. Brandon McCarthy (RHP, LA) returned just prior to the All-Star break to pitch six innings (1 ER, 1 K, 2 BB) after a brief stint on the DL with knee tendonitis. His Dom has dropped this season, from 9.9 (2016) to 6.7 (2017), but the...
