PT TOMORROW: NL EAST -- A Stolen Base Opportunity for Jon Berti

Joey Wendle was day-to-day with a groin injury and sat for three straight games earlier this week before rejoining a surging Marlins lineup on Friday. As Wendle returned, Jean Segura hit the bench after feeling some tightness in his hamstring Wednesday night. While neither Wendle nor Segura appears to be headed for the IL at the moment, the man reaping the benefits of their playing time is Jon Berti, who you may remember from such stolen base surges as 2022's 41 stolen bases in 102 games campaign.

Berti notched his first stolen base in almost a month on Wednesday night but he has generally run in spurts. That is particularly interesting as the Marlins open up a series against the Nationals on Friday night. The Nationals...
