PT TOMORROW: NL Central—A eulogy for Matt Carpenter's 2019 season

St. Louis Cardinals

Coming off a league-winning performance in 2018, Matt Carpenter (3B, STL) had fantasy managers ready to invest entering 2019. Not only can this serve as a eulogy for Carpenter’s 2019 season, it’s also a space to spend some time pondering his role on the team heading into 2020.
