IL stints for Willie Calhoun (quad strain) and Joey Gallo (oblique strain) have at least kept the AL West's surprise club to date from having to make some tough 25-man roster decisions. But now with both players expected to return before or by the end of June, that luxury is coming to an end. Thus far the club has been fine with yoyo-ing inconsistent Delino DeShields Jr. (OF, TEX) between Arlington and Triple-A, thanks in part to his remaining minor league option. But DeShields has been productive since his June return (11-for-29, 3 BB, 2 SB), owns a .350 OBP year-to-date, and for all his offensive shortcomings, remains the club's best defensive CF.
