Logan O'Hoppe (C, LAA) is not only popping up on Top 100 prospect lists everywhere this spring, but he's also being touted by some sources as the Opening Day catcher and playing time favorite—something that's clearly possible. There's nothing sub-par about the 23-year-old O'Hoppe's overall game on either side of the ball. He posted a career-best offensive season at Double-A in 2022, posting a .283/.416/.544 line (26 HR) over 447 PA as his pitch recognition and ability to work a walk (70/74 BB/K) took a huge step forward. O'Hoppe also turned on the afterburners at AA-Rocket City (11 HR, 29/22 BB/K, 1.146 OPS over 131 PA) following his trade deadline acquisition by the Angels. He looked unfazed in a late-season MLB...
