Cameron Maybin (OF, LAA) celebrations such as that in our photo have been few and far between over these first three-plus weeks. Entering 2017 as the starting LAA left fielder, Maybin has scuffled from the get-go, posting a .204 BA in his first 54 AB. Maybin's current 74% ct% isn't quite up to his recent 80% standard in the early going, though an 11% bb% says his decent patience remains intact. The current problem can be traced to a few less LDs, a 68 HctX and a 26% h%—the latter two of well off Maybin's most recent seasons, though certainly within turnaround distance in April.
