Adrián Béltre's (3B, TEX) latest hamstring injury again leaves a shallow organization with few fantasy-playable third base options—at least theoretically until Willie Calhoun is promoted and Joey Gallo moves from left field back to the infield. The issues are underscored by Hanser Alberto's (SS, TEX) promotion as Beltre's roster replacement, and Isiah Kiner-Falefa's (3B, TEX) insertion into the starting lineup on May 15 in Beltre's place. Little in Kiner-Falefa's skill set hints at an upside surge with another round of regular playing time.
