As noted by Playing Time Today analyst Matt Dodge, Drew Hutchison (RHP, TOR) is expected to be the main beneficiary of Aaron Sanchez (RHP, TOR) eventually being sent to the bullpen as a way of managing his workload. But what if Hutchison once again fails to establish himself as a reliable rotation member?

The Blue Jays do have two pitchers in their bullpen currently with starting pitching experience in Gavin Floyd (RHP, TOR) and Jesse Chavez (RHP, TOR). While both started the season strong, Chavez has been able to sustain his performance to a greater degree than Floyd, and his numbers have a decent amount of skill support (3.49 xERA, 9.8 Dom, 3.1 Cmd, 115 BPV), though an 89% strand rate has also helped.
