OK, seriously. What are the Blue Jays going to do about Alek Manoah (RHP, TOR)?

Manoah’s season to forget hit a new low June 5. He only recorded a single out while giving up six earned runs on seven hits against the Astros.

The outing left Manoah’s ERA at 6.46 and WHIP at 1.90. Manoah's season walk total (42) also crept a little bit closer to his strikeout total (48). 

This space recently reviewed Toronto’s lack of ready options in the high minors. The team does have the prospect of the eventual return of Hyun-Jin Ryu (LHP, TOR), but that likely will not occur until after the All-Star break.
