Lonnie Chisenhall (OF, CLE) completed his rehab assignment and is back with the team, but his bat may still be in hiding. He played through a sore wrist in the spring, going 2-for-26, and then he could only muster two hits in 23 rehab AB. If Chisenhall continues to struggle, Marlon Byrd (OF, CLE), who was initially signed to a minor league deal to take on left handers, could be in line for more playing time than originally expected.

Byrd will need to right the ship with his own offense. He was a mid-March signee, so his spring consisted of just 31 AB, while his teammates had the benefit of 60 or more. He may still be a bit rusty as his 2016 regular season has begun with 11 K in 30 AB (despite a .267 BA), and the...
