Josh Naylor (LF, CLE) has had a productive season in 2022 and his little brother looks ready to join him in 2023. With Austin Hedges (C, CLE) and his .543 OPS set to hit the open market and 31-year-old Luke Maile (C, CLE) not a key component of the team's future, the door appears to be open for Bo Naylor to lock down the starting catcher job.

Naylor ranked number one in our 2021 Organizational Report for Cleveland but fell off the list after posting a .188/.280/.332 slash line with a 64% ct%  across 356 PA at Double-A in 2021. He raked at the same level this season, hitting .271/.427/.471 with a 151 wRC+ and 73% ct% in 220 PA prior to earning a promotion to Triple-A.
