Jeff McNeil came in with perhaps the best odds of drawing the lion’s share of PT at the position. The 2022 NL batting champ has fallen on hard times over the past couple seasons, slumping to a .238/.308/.384 slash line with 57 R, 12 HR, 44 RBI and 5 SB in 472 PA.
