NL Central: Will Matthew Liberatore's emergence as a starter continue in the second half?

It's just about the midpoint for the season for pretty much every team in the National League Central, which is a good time to check in on one guy for each team who's made a difference this season and whether that performance looks like it will persist into the second half.

The St. Louis Cardinals are fresh off a split of a four-game series with the division-leading Cubs and are sitting just 4.5 games back in the division. It's quite the season for a team that seemed predestined to be sellers at this year's trade deadline.
