NL Central: Some early trade speculation

The Cubs have gone just 20-33 since the calendar flipped to May. Accordingly, Jed Hoyer, the team’s president of baseball operations, has suggested the team may look to sell at the trade deadline. Setting aside some of the potential issues with the Cubs having a strong July and changing course again, the question arises of who the team would be willing to deal, and the potential playing time implications. 

The majority of the team’s key pieces are locked up in the long term, including Ian Happ (OF, CHC), Seiya Suzuki (OF, CHC), Dansby Swanson (SS, CHC), and Nico Hoerner (2B/SS, CHC).
