2026 Santana Plan Anchors - Part 1

The Santana Plan is a roster construction strategy that advocates buying one elite starting pitcher that satisfies statistical screens over the past two seasons. These anchors are not necessarily the best starting pitchers for 2026 but instead are the elite starters who are most likely to retain in 2026 the skills they displayed in 2025.
