Online Championships: What are they exactly?

While winning the Main Event is the ultimate goal for most NFBC players, it’s a good idea to get plenty of practice playing against experienced and good players without having to commit $1800 to the cause. One more affordable option that offers quality competition in a model similar to the Main Event (ME) is the $350 Online Championship (OC). While the ME event is a 15-team league and the OC is a 12-team league, otherwise, the game structure is the same. Draft day will have managers picking 30 total players, 23 starters and 7 reserves. The 23 starters are made up of 14 hitters (2 C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, UT, and 5 OF) and 9 pitchers.
