ALTERNATIVE: 2021 Points League Draft Guide—Hitters

Each year we apply BaseballHQ projections for our Points Draft Guide. In the past, we used an oversimplified model that would give you general guidance. You then could utilize our Custom Draft Guide to adapt the projections to your league.

With the popularity of the NFBC Cutline contests, however, we decided to adopt that scoring system for our rankings. You can still use the Custom Draft Guide for your league, but this game has become the emerging standard for Points Leagues.

For hitters, Home Runs are 6 points, Stolen Bases 5, Hits 4, Runs and RBI are each 2 points. To reign in the points a bit, at-bats subtract one point. Cutline features ten-team leagues.
