Ottoneu: What is it exactly?

One of the hardest things to find in the fantasy sports game, particularly in baseball, is something new and different. We tend to stick with our roto or our points. The best ball tournaments are a bit different, but they are based on roto or points scoring standards just the same. Ottoneu, though, is a bold “new” game because it’s based on the way the game used to be. 

The name “Ottoneu” comes from former St. Louis Browns player Otto Neu, who managed to play one game (way back in 1917). In Neu’s only game played, he did not record an AB or a fielding opportunity – he existed on the field but under fairly rare and fascinating circumstances.
