STARTERS: Very early buy low targets

With only two weeks of the season behind us, it's way too early to draw meaningful conclusions from early season stats and skills.

That said, the beginning of the season always yields good buy low targets among starting pitchers because some owners will panic and drop guys that were good targets on draft day.

Let's take a closer look at SP who have suffered from a high H% or hr/f or low S% in the early-going in spite of strong overall skills. Those are the guys that are worthy of a pickup on your waiver wire if they are dropped early in your league.
