These are indeed the Dog Days. After last week's deadline deluge, the pickings on the free agent wire this week pale by comparison. There are certainly some players worthy of attention, but the pickings are slim. Very deep leagues, in particular, look rather barren. Don't despair, though—it won't last forever.

Shallow Leagues

At this point, we all know who Adam Dunn (1B, CHW) is, right? In what is likely his final season, he's been his old, typical self: low BA, lots of walks, and a decent number of homers. We're not expecting any huge...
