Mike Trout (OF, LAA) has missed a lot of time due to injury in recent years, but did amass 555 PA in 2025, his highest total since 2019. He has been healthy and extremely productive thus far in 2026. Can he keep it up?

  • His current FB% matches his career-high and there's never been any question about his consistently elevated HR/F. 
  • His PX and xPX are as strong as ever and his 25.3% Barrel% ranks … Keeping these metrics at their current level seems unlikely, but what he's done so far at least shows there is plenty left in the tank when his health cooperates.
