Alvarez: A slugger with limitations … When Pedro Álvarez (3B, PIT) entered June with just a .200 BA, it was fair to wonder if his 10 HR over the season’s first two months were worth it. But things have picked up in a big way since then (.271 BA, 17 HR), and Alvarez currently leads the NL in HR:
