Results still lacking for Cole … Gerrit Cole (RHP, PIT) was a disappointment in 2016, as he posted a 3.88 ERA and 1.44 WHIP in 116 IP around stints on the disabled list (elbow inflammation, triceps strain). Through 14 starts in 2017, he sits with a 4.54 ERA and 1.30 WHIP. What’s going on here?
