Encouraging first season from Cespedes, but temper expectations... We knew Yoenis Cesepdes (OF, OAK) had speed. And power. And good baseball instincts. But if his first MLB season had been a disaster, he would have just been another name on a long list of such players. However, he showed very strong skills throughout 2012, on his way to a $26 season:
