Bradish looks to build off his breakout seasonKyle Bradish (RHP, BAL) emerged as one of the more reliable pitchers from Baltimore’s mass of young pitchers in 2023. His ADP in early NFBC drafts is 97, placing him in the same range as the likes of Joe Ryan (RHP, MIN), Jesús Luzardo  (LHP, MIA), and Zach Eflin (RHP, TAM). Is Bradish ready to deliver?

Bradish’s SwK and K% likely stop him from elevating to ace status, but he made legitimate gains last season:

  • Bradish had reverse platoon splits in 2022, as he surrendered a .804 OPS and 13 HR (1.53 HR/9) across 333 plate appearances to RHH. The culprit was poor fastball results, which ran counter to scouting reports that suggested his fastball was his best pitch. In 2023, his fastball...
