Arrieta BPIs elite across the board ... Jake Arrieta (RHP, CHC) finally emerged in 2014, and followed up with an even better performance in 2015. In his last 20 starts of the season, he surrendered only 14 earned runs (0.86 ERA), while allowing just a .410 OPS. Obviously, he's one of the first pitchers off the board in 2016 drafts. Can he live up to expectations?
