Archer struggling ... Those who used a third- or fourth-round pick (ADP: 47) on Chris Archer (RHP, TB) are certainly disappointed by his performance so far in 2016. What's the reason for the poor results he's posted in the first half and is there any indication that he'll be better in the second half?
