Konnor Griffin and High-A Pirates Scouting Notes

The plan this week was to see Cooper Pratt (SS, MIL), write him up, and have him as my lead prospect for this week’s article. A chance of showers throughout the game had me shift about an hour and 15 minutes south to Rome, which was hosting the Pirates' High-A affiliate. A timely promotion meant my trip to Rome included my first live look at Konnor Griffin (SS/OF). A potential mid-season Top 10 prospect isn’t a terrible get for me.
