Dante Nori and Starlyn Caba

We are continuing to look at some of the most interesting players in Low A, and this week I got a chance to video scout the series between the Jupitar Hammerheads, Marlins, and the Clearwater Threshers, Phillies. In that series I focused in on two of the bigger prospect names in the respective lineups, Dante Nori and Starlyn Caba. They share a lot of similarities as prospects, as well as both originally signing with the Phillies, but there are some distinctions that will likely have implications for their future MLB playing time and impact. 

Dante Nori (OF, PHI) – Nori, 20 years old is a recent 1st round pick of the Phillies, selected 27th overall in 2024, in a selection that surprised many draft prospect analysts. Nori, at 5’9”...
