Bubba Chandler (RHP, PIT) – Pirates fans have been calling for Chandler to be promoted for a while now. The 2021 3rd rounder earned a lot of hype with his early season performance, posting an ERA of 2.03 in 48.2 IP from April-May, with an absurd 69 Ks and a high but manageable 21 BBs....
