MINORS: Teams to watch in Low-A and High-A, 2017

The minor league season is underway and there are several affiliates in the lower minors that are filled with top-end talent. Affiliates in the Low-A leagues aren't as strong as in recent years, but there are still a handful that deserve attention. Many prospect followers map out their road trips based solely on where the top players are assigned.
