MINORS: Six proclamations for 2015

As the minor league season quickly approaches—opening night is April 9—many fans and pundits will peruse the rosters to determine where their favorite prospects will begin the year. Most publications and outlets have already unveiled their top prospect lists and some have made bold statements and predictions on how things will transpire in 2015.
