MINORS: September Impact Call-Ups

As big league clubs prepare to expand their rosters, we take a look at potential September call-ups with enough upside to make a fantasy impact. While a handful of elite prospects have already made their MLB debut, few have established themselves as everyday regulars. Oscar Taveras (OF, STL), Gregory Polanco (OF, PIT), and Javier Báez (2B, CHC) have struggled in their initial exposure to big-league pitching, and Polanco was sent back to Triple-A Indianapolis in the past week.
