MINORS: Scouting & projecting command, Pt 3

Welcome to part three of my scouting and projecting command series. Part one, which was four weeks ago, we learned the differences between command and control and how to scout and project command, using Padres prospect LHP MacKenzie Gore as our test subject. Part two, which was two weeks ago, introduced readers to the command scouting scale I created to scout command. We also looked at several pitchers, including Jays prospect RHP Nate Pearson and Tigers prospect RHP Matt Manning, and projected out command to the Big Leagues. This week, I will once again scout pitchers for command. For reference, I have embedded the command scouting scale I developed as a companion to my evaluations today.
