MINORS: Potential second half impact prospects

As the second half of the season gets underway and fantasy owners gear up for a run at the money we take a look at a handful of prospects most likely to make a significant impact down the stretch. A number of elite prospects, such as Oscar Taveras, Gregory Polanco, Jonathan Singleton, and Trevor Bauer, have already been called up, but there are still some excellent ones to keep an eye on. Predicting which teams will call-up their top prospects is a somewhat precarious proposition, but the Cubs, Twins, Astros, Rangers, and Rockies seem well out of contention and have already started selling off major league talent. Once the trade deadline passes, look for these teams and others to starting bringing their top prospects to the majors.
