My live look opportunities have been plentiful over the last few weeks. Unfortunately, I’m not running into many breakouts or bankable dudes to write up. This past weekend, I ran into the Rays' High-A club for a few games and chose to skip the Angels Double-A club, mostly because 2021 first-round pick Sam Bachman (RHP, LAA) was skipped a turn in the rotation and 2021 second-round pick Ky Bush (LHP, LAA) went the same night as one of the better matchups of the week in High-A, Rays prospect Mason Montgomery (LHP, TAM) against Braves prospect Royber Salinas (RHP, ATL, EHI 5/23). Thankfully, sourced data and video from the Southern League isn’t hard to come by and I’ll likely scout Bachman and Bush later this...
