The first round of the 2016 Major League Draft has concluded and BaseballHQ.com provides you our own draft capsules on the selections. The whole 40-round draft takes three days, though obviously the most interest is focused on the first round. For now, at least, there’s a good chance that several of these players profiled below will be among their organization’s top prospects entering the 2017 season.
