MINORS: 2014 top 3B prospects

This week we continue our annual review of the top prospects in baseball by position. Between now and opening day, we'll examine one position a week by looking at both those rookies ready to contribute in the big leagues now, as well as run-down of the top 15 long-term prospects at each position.
This week we focus on the third basemen. This is a position that is quite loaded, unlike the first base. Though not many prospects are expected to assume significant playing time in 2014, the long-term features several players with very high upsides. There are many quality 3B in the majors at present, so many top prospects will bide their time in the minors waiting for an opportunity. While it is true that some prospects—Kris Bryant and D.J....
