SPECULATOR: The Forecaster DN: list

Our first two articles of the season have taken a look at the speculative UP: projections found in the 2015 Baseball Forecaster, for both batters and pitchers. In the spirit of equal time, this week we take a look at those players who we tagged with the dreaded "DN:" tag; indicated downside risk.
