Last week, we did a 2023 rookie class check-in, going over what we've seen from the Top 25 prospects and speculating on how their long-term outlook has changed. Given your feedback in the comments on that one, we're continuing that exercise this week, finishing out most of the Top 100 for any prospect that's seen notable MLB time this year.

What we've seen: Williams was called up in June after dominating at AAA-Columbus, and while the early returns weren't great, he's flashed that top-tier ceiling with one of the best two-start weeks of the season in August (22/1 K/BB, 1 ER in 12 IP vs. TOR, at TAM). On the whole,...
