Injury: Sprained right ankle
DL date: May 4
Estimated DL time: The good news is the ankle sprain is not of the high-ankle variety that requires a lot more recovery time. Jackson looks to need 18-21 days of rehab time to be able to get back on the field, pointing to a late May return date.
Brandon Morrow (RHP, SD)
Injury: Inflammation – pitching shoulder
DL date: May 3
Estimated DL time: This bout with inflammation does not look to be that serious and the DL move was made to make sure to didn’t push his recovery too fast. He’s eligible to come off the DL May 18 and barring a setback, he should be ready.
Desmond Jennings (OF, TB)
Injury: Bursitis – left knee
DL date: Retroactive to April 26
