NEWS: Colorado placed OF Tyler Freeman on the 10-day IL and in a corresponding move recalled 2B Adael Amador from AAA-Albuquerque.

BHQ SPIN: Freeman had been splitting time at second base with Kyle Farmer in the early going when he had been healthy, but had only tallied one hit in his 16 PAs. Freeman is dealing with an oblique injury with no current timeline for his potential return. Amador has been off to a solid start in Triple-A, but will likely be splitting time at second base with Farmer in the short-term.
