Sale tabbed as one of Tuesday's best; full slate includes 16 games

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: Sixteen games are on tap for the final Tuesday in July. That includes a CLE@CIN double-dip: the Guardians and Reds are scheduled to play a day-night doubleheader as part of making up for a Monday rainout.
