Cole Ragans has been one of the best pitchers over the past month of the season. Since May 17, Ragans has made six starts and allowed seven earned runs over 37 innings. He has 45 strikeouts with a 24.6% K-BB and 13.6% SwStr. He takes on an A’s team today that is swinging well vs LHP: .226 average, .220 ISO, and 129 wRC+. The ratings support Ragans with a 1.9 overall rating even against a productive opposing lineup.
