Chilly (albeit slightly warmer than the last couple days) weather is expected for the two New York venues (ATH@NYY, ARI@NYM) and at Target Field in Minneapolis (DET@MIN). ERA and WHIP Ratings are tamped down on this day; an overall slim-pickings Thursday when it comes to quality mound options.
