DOUBLE DIPPIN': July 2-8

Most of last week's recommended options worked out very well, but owners who gambled on Shelby Miller (myself included) got burned, as he was pretty shaky in his first two starts since last April. This week, there probably aren't as many viable alternatives to choose from in most leagues, but owners in shallow formats may have some attractive targets to choose from. For example, Nathan Eovaldi and Clayton Richard are available in just over half of NFBC 12-team leagues, and are certainly worthy options for the upcoming week. Here's a look at the rest of the two-start pitchers, and as always, you can find all of the matchups for the week in our 8-day scan.
