DOUBLE DIPPIN': April 18-24

With 12 teams playing seven games this week and the rest playing six, we have a pretty healthy list of two-start options this week. Just keep in mind that it is still very early in the season.

With the short spring, many pitchers are still getting stretched out, which makes the chances for a win a little lower than it might be later in the season. If you are falling behind in wins and strikeouts there is no need to panic and take unnecessary risks, as there is plenty of time to make up ground in those categories. For updates on the projected pitching matchups for the week be sure to regularly check out our 8-day scan
