With a week and a half of action now in the books, it's still far too early to hit the panic button on a slow starter. But fantasy managers should have a pretty good idea of what the strengths and weaknesses are of their respective teams, and begin addressing those needs.  

Two-start pitchers can help provide a boost in wins and strikeouts, but it is important to choose wisely, so as not to destroy your team's ratios. There are some viable options this week that are available in many mixed leagues.
