DAILY MATCHUPS: Ryan among best bets on a rainy Tuesday

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: The first Tuesday in May brings a full slate of 15 games. Do they all get played/completed? That may be another story. Rain is expected in D.C. (CHC-WAS), Denver (MIL-COL), Detroit (NYM-DET), and New York (CLE-NYY). Winds could also be a factor: double-digit, batter-favoring breezes are expected in the NYM-DET, CLE-NYY, TOR-BOS, MIN-CHW, and PHI-LA games.
