DAILY MATCHUPS: Max versus Max in Atlanta

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: There are only 10 games on the slate for this Monday. First pitch will come at 2:10 p.m. when the Royals host the Tigers in the first game of a double-header. Weather looks good for all games today.

Notable Starts:

Max Fried was forced to leave his last start with right leg tightness, however he is ready to go today. His lone start versus the Mets this season came back in May and that resulted in a PQS-3. He is in his best form of the season as three of his last four starts have resulted in a PQS-DOM. Left-handed batters are being held to just a .479 OPS when facing him this season.

Cal Quantrill has allowed at least one HR in each of his last six starts. Not surprisingly, that streak has coincided...
